1998 Vauxhall Astra egr valve code p1405

My engine management light has started to illuminate so checked it with a code reader to get an error code of p1405(egr valve malfunction).Changed the egr valve and cleared stored codes but engine management light still illuminates and gives error code p1405.Car has just been mot,d and passed its emissions.?

code P1405 is the PPFE Sensor upstream hose off or unpluged check that no pipes are off or there isnt any leakage from them.

if your egr valve is clogged up then give it a clean out,make sure there are no intake leaks or loose pipes

As you say you have replaced EGR valve , take the advice given in the first solution by "con ".

All hoses look to be connected and do not appear to have any leaks?
