head gaskett replaced since then running rough and smoking from start up any ideas

Did you get head checked / pressure tested ? Might be worthwhile getting sniff test (block test )

had head skimed preasure tested all new gaskets and it runs great but smokes like a pig can you help

Could be water / s*** lying inside exhaust from when head gasket was gone ? Sometimes takes a while to clear ,a blast down motorway might clean out .Take it you changed oil and filter ?
