theres alot of movement in my gear stick when i pull off in first gear, as if it wants to jump out of gear? this also happens in 5th, but not as bad?

Sounds like a worn gearbox so you may have to replace it soon or your gearbox oil may be low , best to get it checked at a garage to make sure
