2001 Vauxhall Astra power loss

Car starts fine and runs on the moterway well, only thing is at low revs it seems a bit sluggish till the revs get up to 2,200 when the turbo kicks in, also connected up to my laptop and got a fault code Stored P0100
Pending p0400 Had the car Dash light come on with the car symbol with a spanner through it. But it does not come on now when i start or run
I went on a run to gatwick Airport and i put Diesel redex in for the run ,i may Slightley have over done the amount for Lts but not by much. Apart from this the car starts on half a turn and runs well.

sounds like an airflow meter ( maf sensor)
