Vauxhall Astra servicing on a 2014 astra. had it done, minor service on 02/03/25 and now its telling me a service is required?

Ive done only about 3,000 since the last service and the EMS is ow saying a service is now due

Also petrol guage seems to be showing incorrect levels of fuel intermittently
FInally the rear widow washer is not operating correctly. I can hear the pump running but nothing seems to come out of the nozzle. Ive cleaned the nozzle but still n o gain

Whoever " serviced " the car probably never reset the service monitor .
Could be faulty tank unit / sender .
Check if water up to nozzle / jet
