Loss of power using alot of fuel , alot of jolting when hot

When car is warm it lacks power, and jolts when driving round town my fuel consumption has got worse . I admit I used cheap oil and probably to thick , I do think a oil change is needed , would recommend doing anything else such as cleaning the air flow maf sensor

Using cheap , thick oil is a big no no and can damage engine . Oil and filter need changing with good , correct parts . Could be plugs , coil pack , MAF . compressions .
