Unsupported usb device

2012 Vauxhall Astra Estate
Car: Vauxhall Astra
Year: 2012
Variant: Estate
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
When I turn the car on, the central screen has a message that says “unsupported USB device” the screen then goes blank and I cannot get it back on. This is regardless of whether I hit “ok” or not on the message. I have nothing plugged in. I’ve taken out the usb cable, the power in the cigarette lighter for my dash cam and I’ve taken out the sat nav memory card but it’s still happening.

Some have had success in rectifying fault in rebooting by pulling the fuse or removing a battery terminal

Thank you for your very quick reply. But I’m afraid I’ve already tried that. And still no luck. Thank you though
