Blowers not working

the blowers are not working at all,ive changed the fuses checked the switch,now ive been told it could be the motor.how do i get to it?do i have to take the dash board off?

Probably not the motor but more like the resistor, very common on these and thay are located near the blower up behind the glove box.

so did you need to remove the dash to replace the resister.was it easy to reach the resister?
