2013 Vauxhall Astra trailer lights

I recently replaced the bulbs in my caravan with LEDS and now get warnings about the trailor lights. Has anybody added resistors to solve this?

Not the best on electrics as I had auto electricians that done that work when they came into the workshop . But if I remember correctly they had to fit a ballast resistor , one for each side in parallel to the led.
