Parked on a slight incline handbrake was on when returned to car it it had rolled backwards into another car it took about 30 mins for this to happen handbrake was still on when trying to move car could not until release of handbrake

Would suggest you check if h/brake holding on both wheels and check condition of brake pads and adjustment .
