open car door on dash symbol is on dash constantly while driving. no car doors are open.

Most cars nowadays have a micro switch in the lock assembly inside door . If you can spray WD 40 into lock it may free off if that is the fault . Also if you hit the door at lock with heel of hand it may clear it also. If not that , check for any damage / breaks to the wiring from A pillar into door frame .
