Hi so I had to jump start my car about a month ago turned out the battery needed changing. Had no problems starting car since then, the only problem is my car radio, indicator noise, parking sensors, seatbelt noise & windscreen wash now wont work. Ive taken it to a garage who think it could be the fuse box that needs complete replacment but there not 100% sure that is the problem . could any one help with this?

Would first make sure all fuses are okay a sudden jump start on a dead battery can sometimes blow fuses

You have more than one fuse boxes in different locations .I would check all relevant fuses first .
