Vauxhall Astra the car won't start

Hello I will be so happy if someone can help me I have got astra j 1.4 turbo auto The won't start at all There is not light on the dash We have reprogrammed the car key and add one more because I have got only one The problem came out before that that's why I was thinking maybe it's key problem but when we have done it the car still won't start Its some strange noise as well which comes from the fuse box Thanks a lot I will be more then happy if someone have any idea what's gonna be
