2009 Vauxhall Astra roof/boot

When opening and closing the roof it operates fine the problem is when i close it all goes fine until the last second where the boot doesn't engage which leaves the boot open a slight amount but cant open it as its caught or stopped somehow

It may be the boot catches need adjusting or there is an issue with a microswitch on the roof
