2013 Vauxhall Astra groaning noise

When getting in or out of drivers side there is groaning sound. Might be suspension? Any suggestions?

Probably a " dry" susp. arm or s/absorber bush .Get someone to bounce it and locate exactly where the noise is coming from and spray with WD40 or similar .
