warning light is lit up believe its the electronic warning light and the car feels very sluggish like its holding back , just had a new alternator fitted was told could be lambda sensor any ideas please

You need it scanned and "P" codes collected.
Anything else is just guessing.

As advised there's no point guessing. It needs spanning. When was the car last serviced.

had it on the diagnostics today something to do with the turbo boost and puuting car into limp mode
