Oil loss & heat coming in from engine

posting this to try and give more details.when i go on long drives and go over 60 miles an hour i am using 2 litres of oil for every 200 miles it also get very warm inside, the heat is coming of the engine through the vents. all the gadges are normal there is no smoke and water level is normal had new piston rings head gasket lovely car to drive apart from this problem anybody got any thoughts.

So my question is were these new rings fitted professionally?
The bores need to have the glazed surface broken by honing stones otherwise you would get high oil consumption.

yes it was done at garage going to take to another garage to see if they can fix it so will find out if the one did it right

Answered your other post before reading this with more info .Better to confine to one post .Were the valve stems checked for wear and oil seals replaced ? Normally you would get signs with blue smoke .With that work done , getting timing rechecked wont go wrong .As already stated , bores need honed prior to fitting pistons .
