2000 Vauxhall Astra weird noise coming from rear wheel

Hi all I have noticed a strange scrapping noise coming from my rear wheel while driving, I have put my spare wheel on to see if this makes a difference but it does not. Has anyone have an idea what this could be please?

sounds like possible wheel bearing or shoe lining or pad squealer problem. pop into your nearest garage and have it looked at.. hope this helps!!
