2009 Vauxhall Astra juddering

A few months ago this juddering started to happen as i am driving in 4th gear doing 30mph and the only way to stop this is to either drive at 40mph or drop down a gear to 3rd which doesnt seem right to me coz the car is screaming abit much to me, ive had a full service on the car and also had the egr valve cleaned. I have also had it hooked up to the computer and no codes came on at all! Can anyone help??

Did the fuel filter get changed when it was serviced.
