Vehicle moves a little bit then stops

The vehicle displays a car with spanner warning light. It also writes "brake light "on the computer box,the brake fluid level is just fine though.I have checked all the electronics cables and they seem to be just fine. I have also drained the both the engine and gearbox oils. The Engine ignition is just ok.the problem is that the car makes a slight movement then stops...
