2003 Vauxhall Astra engine management light comes on. appears to be temp. sensitive as takes longer to come on when weather is colder. .

The car starts fine, and drives well, but after parking for maybe half an hour it refuses to start. It turns over strongly, but won't fire up. Leave for around 30 - 60 minutes and it starts, and again goes well.
Any ideas on a solution please.

So many possible causes , but rather than guess and maybe waste time and money on unneeded parts , get it scanned and see what has triggered EML .
