Car will drive ok for a few miles then suddenly the car starts to judder,while losing power at the same time.Then engine will cut out all together.Leave the car for about 30 seconds and the car starts up again.Also when I try to pull away using handbrake codE6 comes up on the dash display.

You description would lead me to suspect a fuel supply fault.
So I'd code rear for live data and check the fuel pressure when this occurs.

On some Vauxhalls that code refers to the h/ brake being on .
" 6 Depress brake pedal to release electrical parking brake "
