2004 Vauxhall Astra poor water hoses

Car: Vauxhall Astra
Year: 2004
Variant: 1.7 TDi diesel
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
lost all water. No temperature light came on. Anyone had this problem? It's the engine with delayed oil pressure when starting.

Coolant temperature sensors measure just that,
coolant,
If there's none they will read COLDER,
so the gauge will read a lot cooler than norm,
So if it reads too high or too low stop the engine and investigate.
And as for delayed oil pressure?????
Never heard of that one.

Make that two of us .

Refill cooling system , run car and see if any sign of leaks .Let it cool and recheck / top up if needed .If nothing showing , try a pressure test on cooling system .
