2014 Vauxhall Astra clunk noise when first driven.

My Astra has 3500 miles on the clock and has a strange clunking noise followed by a noise that sounds like something is shifting position when its first driven away - Have only noticed it's driven off the drive and up the street happens in more or less the same spot/speed and only ever seems to happen once in a day anyone have any ideas as to what this can be?

Take it back to the dealership for checking under warranty if concerned , probably have to leave overnight for symptoms to be heard .By doing that it means it has been logged on car history in case it develops further down the line and keeps you covered if any problems / disputes .
