Engine noise blowing/loud

Notice the engine has started making a blowing noise (sounds like it's turned into some boy racers car!!), it gets louder as it accelerates, but is their all time even when running idle it's loud, any ideas, the violent level was low in car for a day so engine was running hot

Check exhaust , exhaust manifold / gasket for leaks .
