2002 Vauxhall Astra whining noise on passenger side

Hi guys, just had a mot it had New pads and brakes fitted, but there seems to be a whine coming from the passenger side. Not when braking, just driving normally. Done the usual checks, no play on wheel, when I spin the wheel no noise.

Even with no play , wheel bearing can be noisy .Spinning the wheel by hand often doesn't show bearing up .Try driving car and loading each side to see if noise changes . If it was o.k prior to brake work , that would be where I checked first .
