Vauxhall Astra speed dial moving while car started but stood still

When I start the car but stood still the speed dial is flicking up to 120 then dropping back to 0 whilst beeping over n over as anyone else experienced this n resolved it please

I have seen this occur on various makes when car battery low on charge .Either get it load tested FOC at the likes of Halfords or any fast fit centre / car accessory shop and replaced if needed or may only need recharging , especially if used on short journeys .
