2009 Vauxhall Astra indicator and all other sounds not working

recently on using my indicators noticed they were not making
any sound and just the other day key in ignition with door open
also lights on with engine off and door open no sound alarm

Sounds like you may have inadvertently switched off sound function .Check in owners handbook for menu and instructions for switching on/off , a lot of different makes have this option nowadays .

My question is where is the alert sounds device
located. The reply i received may not apply to
