Vauxhall Astra washer pump and boot lock not working

During the cold weather recently both my boot lock and washer pump for windscreen's stopped working, i read somewhere that a 10 amp mini blade fuse may need replacing as it is for both systems.
Anyone help with this or tell me how to replace this fuse ?

Your owners handbook usually lists all fuses and what is covered by each fuse .
