Main beam not working also no fog light not working but tell tails are on

Main beam not working no rear fog I have had the codes cleared also fuse box has been replaced still no joy both tell tails are coming on the dash can any one help please

First thing to test is the bulbs and if not that , if there is power at lights not working .
