saturday I had a new driver front tyre fitted, Tuesday the cars horn stopped functioning the rear window wiper won't budge however water was being produced. I also discovered that there were no lights being displayed when My lights were on at the front. the boot won't open either. The rear circuit board has been checked and no loose or corrosion witnessed nor in the front fuse box.. HELP.... Is it just a coincidence that I had a new tyre fitted and then it started having problems.?

Nothing to do with tyre .Check fuses and for broken wiring in sheath at top where it passes through into tailgate .
