Juddering and fault lights

after warming up when accelerating reasonably firmly, traction control light comes on constant and emissions light flashes ,and car judders. When I back of accelerator, lights go out. I recently had a new crankshaft sensor and its been ok for the six weeks since fitting. any ideas ?

Try cleaning/ replacing the MAF sensor .Check ABS sensor connections at wheels .If still not right , need to get it scanned .
