Limp mode

Hi I have just brought this van ,everything is fine except it keeps going into limp mode when I apply the brakes,i have replaced brake light switch but it still happens any help would be great,,,PLEASE

Does it have abs?
It must have, could be an abs limp home.
Have to get codes read mate
