my coil light is flashing with white smoke it can sometime come on and off.
don't know what's causing it to happen

Me neither!
sorry,couldn't resist that,
coil light is double use,indictes when the heater plugs are active,when the engine is cold,
and it doubles as the engine malfuction warning lamp,
so it needs connected to a diagnostic scanner to read the codes stored and find out which fault exists.
Flashing is more serious,get it code read.
