Shunts into gear when setting of from lights etc

My s reg astra estate automatic has started to shunt into gear when you accelerate from lights it should be a smooth change.could it be a censor if so where are they located.thanks

Totally agree on whittinghames advice as first thing,s to be checking.also prone for front mounting failure in case that,s rocking around .would depend on what degree your issue is .
