I have had the steering rack replaced in garage. but when I had took it home when you turn off the engine the power motor runs for a few seconds.i have took it back to garage and they say the power steering rack is ok. but I said i did not have that problem with the power motor running for a few seconds before I took it in.

Do you mean the engine runs on when switched off ?
