2006 Vauxhall Astra noise when accelerating

if you rev the car on the spot the noise doesn't happen, but when i put my foot down to accelerate, after 3000 rpm onwards it makes a squealing noise, and i feel like the car has lost its power slightly, can anybody help please????

Could be a slipping belt , maybe coming from alternator when under load .Not coming from clutch slip ?

not slipping clutch, but maybe belt could it not be the tensioner?

May well be , especially if belt worn .
