2006 Vauxhall Astra 1.7 CDTI
Car: Vauxhall Astra
Year: 2006
Variant: 1.7 CDTI
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Hi, I've a vauxhall Astra elite 1.7 CDTI it's just gone in for a MoT and they said the drivers side headlamp doesn't work on dipped or main and they've tried new bulbs, the passengers side works fine, what do you think that could be? I'm stuck :) thanks also I've checked all fuses

If no power and fuses okay then probably a broken or corroded wire ,you need to trace the wiring back to the connector and check for power on the same colour wire as at the headlight.

As per Wh I would get a Multimeter and check line for power. You can also use the Multimeter to check the line continuity.Your query somewhat suggests an element of surprise - when last are you aware that they were working.
