2004 Vauxhall Astra resetting engine management light

Does anyone know if there is a way to reset the engine management light on a Vauxhall Astra without a code reader? I've had a code read which said all 4 cylinders were misfiring so I've since changed the coil pack and the car now runs fine. Is there a way to reset it do it or can it only be done with a code reader itself to delete the fault code.
