Power noise

2001 Vauxhall Astra 1.7 dti
Car: Vauxhall Astra
Year: 2001
Variant: 1.7 dti
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
I currently got a vauxhall astra 1.7 astra dti. Recently the starter motor died and I paid to get it replaced and fitted since the car has come back the car makes a very loud buzzing/humming noise. It sounds like hair clippers but very loud. It happens when the cars neutral or when I'm driving. I've got an error code 1105. Not sure If this is to do with it. Also there seems to be a loss of power not sure if its cause of the noise. As when I'm on a motorway it's already making the noise. When I get to about 60mph it loses power if I'm going up a hill. I lose mph aprox 10 mph. And only kick back in when going down hill. Can anyone help pleaseeeee
