Vauxhall Astra engine not running smoothly

When car idling it doesnt appear to be running on all cylinders. When starting it can be bit smokey at start blue / black fumes. Maybe slight drop in power.

Tried changing fuel filter ?

Also check for fault codes .

Hello can anybody help me, i had oxygen sensor changed in my car and that did not help one bit and my management night stays on and when i start-up thé car it sounds like its being strangled and it loses power when i'm driving can anyone help me please
