2005 Vauxhall Astra vibration in steering wheel at 28 and 58 mph

i have a vibration in steering wheel taken to local garage to have balancing done but its still soing it had new track rod arms and rubbers was thinking of taking it to a garage to have a dynamic balance done on a Hunters Machine anyone know where where they haave one of these machines localy to cf40 postcode im in tonypandy thanks

Sounds like wheel balance when coming in at both those speeds .You sure wheels balanced correctly ? You tried fitting rear wheels to front ? Check tyres / wheels for buckles or twists .
