Rear lights failing

all rear lights keep cutting out indicators, main lights, reverse lights when I flick the lights off and on they work again for a short time then cut out again

Is this both sides or just 1? If its 1 side I would probably say water has attacked the cluster and it needs replacing.

If its both side it could be a loose connection no the switches or a dodgy fuse box
