1999 Vauxhall Astra no power wont go over certain speeds in certain gears

i have had a new egr vale fitted and a ecu repair by allcar electronics i had 2 send it back to 3 times to get it repaired right its still not right the emmisions are quite bad and in the likes of second gear it will only go 2 40mph and third it will only go 2 60 mph top speed i would say is 90 mph help please !!!!!!!!!!!

has the exhaust system been checked? it sound to me that the exhaust is blocked. i would be suprised if your fault is down to the ECU or the management.
have it checked and also the catalyst can break-up internally and cause this problem. hope this helps
