2005 Vauxhall Astra engine electronics + limp mode + no power

Hello to all.
I bought a Vauxhall Astra 1.7 about 2 weeks ago and since then had a few problems coming up.
Engine electronics light forcing the engine into limpmode, car plugged into the computer and found crank/cam sensors to be faulty? These have been changed yet still the light comes on and forces the engine into limp mode.
Light has been more frequent the last week when driving over 60mph. (Loss of power, slow acceleration)
Another problem is that on Saturday I drove back home from work and I couldnt get any revs over 2000 and my maximum speed was 30/40 mph.
Any ideas? Seems to be a common fault on these astras

Have another read carried out to see what other codes if any come up.
