Check your brake caliper is not stuck

it could be anything, it sounds like it has something to do with the engine not being hot enough so it could be a problem with the wrong oil that is too thick, it could be something to do with fuel not injecting right or it could be the throttle body that might be too cold and something sticking it shut and then when it heats up the substance doesnt prevent it from opening. when did it start? and when was it last serviced?
