2002 Vauxhall Astra puffs smoke on idle running

recently i had change my coil and 4 plugs,after i changed them my 1.6 astra sxi started puff smoke only when running in idle if parked up for more then 5 mins,but if your driving theres knone what so ever,any ideas whaat this could be,thanx john
