2004 Vauxhall Astra can't open the petrol tank

The petrol cap is jam shut and I can't open it. Where is the boot side trim on the vauxhall astra.

on the drivers side rear there should be an access panel to get to the back of the lights,if you look in the left side you should see the lock for your fuel tank.
