Constant squeaking on offside front wheel and squeaky brakes!

Hey guys new to this, but found it very helpful so far! My wife's Astra has a constant squeaking on the passenger side front wheel. At low and high speeds, its not loud at all but we can hear it when pulling onto our street and drive. Also the brakes are horrendously loud when coming to a stop. It's embarresing! plz help as its driving us both insane!

change brake pads for better quality ones , or remove current pads coat the steel backs with a copper grease and replace
