Car sticking and clunck noise before moving

when i go to drive car after it sitting,it sticks and makes a weird cluncking noise before finaly moving. its as if the brakes are stuck on or something. also the handbrake lever seems to be looser than usual.

Sounds like you have a sticking brake or hand brake cable,brakes req, stripped down and checked,or you could locate which wheel is sticking using a good jack prior to driving.

sounds like a brake problem if drum brakes are fitted to the rear could be that the bonded friction mateirial has come away from the shoe itself .wont know without taking drums off
